96k miles '14 m235i 8AT RWD, engine never tuned.
In my five years of ownership, there have been no major issues and certainly none that have left me stranded. In fact, aside from the charge pipe letting go last month, my car really hasn't had any issues for the last 45k miles. I change oil on average every 6k miles, removed the electronic dampers, and serviced the transmission as recommended by ZF. I should also note that I have tracked this car twice with no issues.
Compared to my last car, which was a new GTI, this car has been cake.
Issues:
1) Charge pipe just let go at 94k mies COMMON
2) Valve cover leak <50k (warranty replaced) COMMON
3) Oil filter housing crack <50k (warranty replaced) COMMON
4) Emissions evap sensor failed <50k (warranty replaced)
5) Tie Rod adjustments seized, replaced
