As it turns out, BMW Northwest wouldn't let me take the car for a pre-purchase inspection. So, I put an end to that discussion
Unfortunately, M235i's with xdrive seem to be pretty sparce around the NW. To make my hunt more tricky, I'm looking for a non-black interior. Been looking a couple months to no avail.
