Other than checking that the oil/fluids are correct and not leaking I really dont want them driving my car... I definitely do not want them flooring it etc as you mentioned. I always tell whoever works on my car that I have documented the mileage and if it moves more than about 1 to 2 tenths there will be trouble. There are just too many issues of dealership employees abusing customers cars.
