i know this is an older post but thought i'd chime in since guys are always looking for recs on indy shops...
i havent used tuning tech, but have been using fleming for my out-of-warranty maintenance. they're really great guys who love bimmers. they're only a cash business and scheduling an appointment can be interesting...but dont let that put you off. they're awesome. i have two E90s that they're going to be maintaining for me...
