We sent email notifications for the orders of springs sets we had to cancel as Dinan has placed a stop-sale on them until further notice. (please be sure to check your junk/spam folder as our system emails are often filtered or blocked) We certainly apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience - however they provided no notification upfront about these, nor had any mention of this on their website - we only found out about this after submitting new orders to them. We share the frustration in this situation as we would not have had them available for sale on our site had we known they weren't going to be available.
We'll certainly offer them again if/when available.
