U did the right bleed procedure. Though with the .7 gallon coolant addition and the heat vent issue. Would pressure test to verify no leak down. Then do a complete drain and refill with a vaccum type purge and refill kit. Dealer would probably connect a scan tool first to assess the HVAC.
I’m not a tech so might be totally wrong. With your complaint of burning smell plus other issues, I think the test and vacuum fill are the way to go.
