1. verified connected drive malfunction: concierge services and remote app functions inop.

2. veh scan - no related fault codes
b) charged batt

3. a) test plan: connected drive
b) check of connected drive
- tcu ICC ID number correct (referenced deal cockpit)
- contract active
- services active
- country, account and sim card active
c) deleted paired devices and attempted to update online
services - failed to update
d) hard reset performed - fault persists

4. programmed vehicle
b) initialized tpm, windows
c) cleared faults
d) updated online services
