have my car in today, even the SA tried to convince me that the concierge was a subscription thing which had probably finished.
so 4 hours in also with another issue, they confirmed my concierge IS a problem, they have logged a ticket with BMW and probably need it over night maybe needs to be reprogrammed by BMW, errrmmm BMW, they are BMW are they not LOL
at least I'm happy they found something
actually when I logged on using ISTA, it said it had found some serious issue (forget the actual wording) with some unit and it needed to be reported to the dealer LOL
maybe they will reflash the car and the other issue will resolve
