My track toy (as unlikely a choice as it was) was a 2005 SLK350. Blast to drive. Naturally aspirated. Smooth, torquey and quite fun on the track.
Sadly, I didn't need the C450 so I completed my lease and bid it farewell and, as for the SLK350... see below.

Certainly glad to hear your on-track experience was not even worse..it certainly could have been as you acknowledge in your video. Thanks for linking to it..a reminder to us all...one never knows the skill (or lack of same) of those who share the track (or public roads for that matter) with us.
