Be more specific:
iOS? Android? windows? mac?
using phone with direct enet to obd connection?
using wifi agent?
make sure app is up to date. Make sure obd2 port is connected. sometimes i have to unplug it and replug it into the obd2 port.
when i first got bm3 i used windows to obd2. nowadays i just do it direct from my iphone to enet to obd2. no wifi agent to get in the way. reflashed a few weeks ago and it took 2 minutes. i always make sure i have the latest version of bm3 downloaded.
