NBT Evo ID5/6 supported bluetooth codecs
Does anyone know what version of bluetooth iDrive uses and what codecs BMW chose to support? My Galaxy S20 is using AAC 16 bit 48khz when connected to my 2016 NBT 4.
I can't seem to find info on this. I'm guessing BMW doesn't publish such in depth information about the headunits hardware. If anyone who reads this thread has NBT Evo 5/6 can you check your android phone, under developer options, and see which codec is being used when your connected to the car?
