We've done extensive tests on a similarly built m2 on E30. The best times we got from 100-200 was 8.7 using short shifts in 3-4 and 4-5. It'd be 0.3s slower with auto shifting at redline.

There was also one m140 with dp and meth on race map doing low 8s. And we believe it was a definitely way faster car than yours.

We respectfully think real world times are only good power indication if you do side by side pull or at least use a reference car. There are too many variances in conditions that lead to wrong conclusion.
My highest trap speed has been 121mph so far however my car runs no where near as well at the 1/4 as it does on the road. I have to change my TBI settings via the meth FSB page for 1/4 racing and taper boost in more gently to avoid any HPFP issues. My main issues being the way TBI works and the fact I'm still jb4 only.

Off the top of my head I know of a manual 235i and manual m2 that ran low 8s 100-200kph on stock turbo so it isn't just me that's running good times on the stock turbo. These times have been verified or corrected for slope.

My friend owns a m140i with dp, meth, jb4 and runs flat 8s 100-200 and traps similar in the 1/4. Another owns a stock f80 m3 cp and my car pulls multiple lengths from a 60-140 roll.

To be honest it comes across as just because your m2 testing hasn't achieved similar results you are questioning mine, which is fair enough. However I've provided facts where as you have provided your opinion. You might think a m140 on meth, dp and jb4 is quicker but I have facts that prove it isn't. If you live in a country that doesn't have a favourable climit and restricts your cars performance that really isn't my problem. You can't start penalising people just because of the conditions they can run in.
