I swear the horn in my wife's 230 is different than the horn in my 240. No idea why.
As for usage: I wore the horn out in my Prelude and had to replace it. If I have to use my brakes because you're doing something dumb or generally not thinking about other drivers around you (looking at you a-hole who pulls out in front of me when there isn't a car behind me in sight and then proceeds to take a left turn), I'm going to let you know about it. I have to use my horn a lot.
