Can anyone recommend a shop to do performance parts install? JB4, downpipe, intake type stuff.

While I am at it, has anyone in this area done these things before? Do you recommend a flash or JB4?

I am coming from a long line of EVOs and feeling a bit lost trying to sort out modding a BMW.
