Good luck with the sale. Just wanted to add that I have these on my 228i with THP. The instructors at the HPDEs I attended are pleasantly surprised at the stopping power and lack of fade. I know there are much better track pads but on the 228i and with my driving style (Intermediate) they are just fine!
