Want good wet traction w/ the summer monsoons we have in Florida. Trying to find a highly rated 18" tire that is less than 20 lbs. each has been problematic. Same with wheels less than 18lbs (unless you have very deep pockets).
Conti DWS 225/40/18 comes in at 20.3lbs and the 255/35/18 weighs in at 22.4lbs which is lightweight for a 255. I ran them staggered on my E92 335i and for an A/S, they were great. Nice and quiet too. I'm currently on Michelin Pilot AS3+ and the Conti's were quieter. If you don't need summer UHP's, that would be a good option.
