I just ditched run flats and have a bmw mobility kit and a patching set (have used once before - really useful). I do want to get the donut spare eventually for longer commutes because if stuck somewhere on the weekend at night (has happened but on rfts) and the tear is big then it's a problem... I've seen a spare kit on bimmerzone - if you decide to go that route.
Full size just doesn't sound very convenient..
