Those specific LCAs were developed for Mx35i and are only installed on those cars. BMW talk about that when M135i was launched.
There is no link to xenon autoleveling.
If you have xenon you have a small bracket fixed on LCA and LCA has two bumps to maintain it.
You are right that all other wishbone parts seem identical to other F2x/F3x.
