Seriously, you take this readout for real without a before run? Are we on the same page assuming 305WHP from stock? Are you trying to tell us it's a 90WHP gain from DP/IC and a piggyback/flash? To me, it'd make much more sense if they're crank numbers.
This is huge generalization, but on BMW 3.0T platform each pound of boost translate to 8~10WHP without using meth/E blend for timing advance. 9 psi at least is what it takes to get you there.
This dyno result, if anything, shows the flash tune and Dinan box make identical power...
