I totally agree
My wife and I went there two weeks ago to look at a M235i. We were met by an older salesman who, right after introducing himself, asked what my wife and I do for a living. After we said we both work for the State of Colorado (very good manager positions) he said he needed to do something. A few minutes later another, much younger salesman said that he would be helping us from now on.
We looked at the vehicle (it didn't have the options or color I wanted) and after asking some questions about making an order the guy left us in the parking lot saying he had to make some phone calls. We promptly left. Because of their location I think they will only give you the time of day if you live in Cherry Creek.
We are now working with Winslow in Colorado Springs and will be picking up our car next week....huge difference experience.
