I daily drive a 15' 228i , VRSF Catless DP, FMIC, on BM3 91 ANCI Stage 2.

Driven the car in this state for over 40k miles, no problems whatsoever just kept with regular maintenance.

I flashed stage 2 way before I did the charge pipe and intercooler, and honestly depending on your area you can definitely get away without it at least to start. I'd put on your DP and flash Stage 2, just make sure to keep an eye on your logs and don't push the car 110% until you have that FMIC.
