After trying a few mounts myself, I have ended up using these
"URO PARTS 23711175939"
I've tried and use occasionally some poly 80a & 90a durometer Revshift brand ones which give precise shifter feel but do transmit a bit of NVH.
I then used a pair of M3 mounts(OEM Rein 22322282340 ) , while better than m235i OEMs, they still have an hourglass shape and were still a bit soft for my taste.
Ultimately I've stuck with the URO parts mounts as they are completely solid shaped and are still made of rubber material, minimal NVH. I believe these are comparable to the ones you are using as they are also rubber, correct?
