I've been on this forum for 4 years now. I can't recall someone reporting that they had one leak. I'm sure they do but perhaps the better oil cooling system on the M235 helps extend the gasket life.

I wouldn't bother replacing it until it leaks. I check under the hood at least once every 2 weeks and this is an area I inspect. It will weep first and then leak slowly. The biggest risk is letting it go for too long and the oil gets on the accessory belt, the belt slips off, and gets pulled into the oil pan. Such a weird freaking issue.
