I agree with the above assessment....you say you plan to keep it for only a few years...perhaps then the later 2018 model makes more sense for re-sale/trade value? Then again, as TCollier91 said, which configuration excites you the most? I for one would pass on the white interior..too much of a pain to keep presentable.
When you mention shipping...perhaps also consider a one-way trip to pick you your new BMW? Many dealers will meet you at the airport and provide you transport to the dealership for your new car....
