The guesses have been discussed ad nauseam on the 2er forum. the range seems to be as low as 39K to start (no effing way if you ask me) up to mid-40s to start (close to the 135is, and thus the most logical).
I had always figured that the M235i would be mid 40s to start and low 50s with a decent amount of options.
hopefully if an M2
does arrive, it will have a sub-50k price point like the 1M and give people the option of the "stripper" performance car...
we shall see...
