I've ran the PFC-08 on a few other BMW racecars. They're not my favorite pad in the history of brake pads. Modulating them feels pretty hard, they're much more of an on-off switch. On a typical track F22 you need to trail brake a lot to get the car to rotate well, and the 08s sure don't make that easy.
That's why I like endurance race pads for our big heavy cars -- their modulation properties are pretty good. I liked Pagid RS29s a lot for their modulation, they're pretty popular with F8X owners too. These days I run Race Technologies RE10, which are even better, but generally harder to find and more $$$.
