Your fluid should be good for at least six months unless you boiled it during one of your sessions. I do 2-3 HPDEs a year and try to get all on one fluid flush and replacement. Normally about seven months. I am sure you will hear different advice but I have a local BMW shop do mine at the first inspection of the year. Costs about $90-$120.

Never had brake fade with my 228i with the M-Sport brakes and stock pads on VIR or CMP. In Sport+ mode. Of course I am only braking from around 125 mph at the end of both straights. Driving style also makes a big difference. Ask your instructor how to protect your pads and avoid overheating. There are techniques you can use.
