Being a teen of the 60's, I recall most all the muscle cars were mid 14 sec cars (certainly the G70's didn't help that much). 1970 Buick GSX was the only advertised 13.9 second car I recall.

In almost all respects, the 228i/230i outperforms almost all early-1990s iterations of the Lamborghini Diablo. Howzat for progress?
