How did you know it was over heated if there is no coolant temp gage? Don't base it on the warning you had on the screen as I get that every time I open the hood after running the engine. That alone does not mean an over heat. Hope it is just the turbo as that is the least damage to the car. Remember the guy from England that sort of had the same issue with the smoke and loss of coolant. |
Interesting, I didn't know that! But reading it again that makes sense. I assumed it was telling me the engine overheated but reading it now it makes sense that it's just warning me not to touch hot things.
