Autobahn Motorsports in Willow Grove is my go to place. I can't say if they will be ok with it, but they specialize in BMWs and imagine they know what the deal is. Thompson BMW is in Doylestown and is a performance friendly place. Regardless, I would imagine if your car passes everything else that you shouldn't have a big issue anywhere.
