I think the perceived result with solid bushings compromised ride and comfort. As I mentioned, there is absolutely no compromise or increased noise, vibration or harshness (NVH) with Turner Motorsports solid aluminum bushings, which only serve to keep the rear end infinitely more planted. They also vastly improved gas on-gas off rear end stability in straight line acceleration and transient maneuvers.
I thoroughly scoured forums and input from those who pulled the trigger before ordering. They (surprisingly) confirmed only upside, with no downside. In fact, increased stiffness came from the 3 way adjustable Dinan rear bar, not the bushings. In position #1, the car’s ride feels stock. Going up incrementally, I feel increased rear suspension stiffness and quicker, more direct turn in.
