Has anyone else experienced this? Best to my knowledge the suspension is all stock, with the blue M brake calipers.

Will the EC35s give me more clearance? 10mm maybe? I tried to do my homework but I guess I got greedy.
What size tire do you plan to run?

The 18x8.5" ET45 with a 5mm spacer allows you to have a bit more outer fender clearance compared to the 18x8.5" ET35 or ET38. With that said, we have seen plenty of customers run a 18x8.5" ET45 with a 5mm spacer and 235/40-18 tires on F22s with stock suspension without any inner clearance issues. yes, the inner strut/tire clearance will be tight, but as long as you have 2-3mm you will be in good standing.
