I'm going to second this. I've had the EBC Yellow's on open track and they worked fine for me. They will suffice as an occasional track (HPDE) pad and they have acceptable street manners (minus the brake dust and cold, low speed squeaking).
However, if you are doing anything other than HPDE (TT or higher), you definitely need a dedicated track pad that cannot be used on the street.
