Can't comment on driving the e92, but boy do they still get my attention when I see a clean LCI model on the streets! I especially like how the hardtop 'vert looks for some reason.
Not sure how true it actually is, but a very experienced European car mechanic who bought one for modding told me he "loves them, but literally everything will break... I mean everything." He then proceeded to show me how even the window switches inside the car were broken. LOL
