These yes and nos about the M2 are all speculation. No one knows. Here is as much as Joe Public know from ///M division:

So those saying there will be an M2, you don't know that but it would seem there is an appetite for one.
For those saying there won't be an M2, again you can only say there ISN'T an M2 not there won't be one.
Sadly we'll just have to wait and see
