I have watched 5 You Tube videos, read the owners manual, tried it all. I cannot get my m235i to sync up with my hand held garage door opener. I tried both ways, with the remote an inch or two from the sensor on the mirror and also after hitting the button on the back of the button to go into LEARN mode.

Any secret tips out there that may be the missing link for me? Thanks.
