Why don't you just run 245/35 square then? This is only a discussion because that is a hard to find tire size for winter and A/S tires, there are lots of 245/35 in summer tires.

If you are running A/S tires that is already a huge compromise in dry summer performance. And on winter tires losing a bit of torque is probably not something you will notice, you probably make it up from the colder charge air.
