Given how cheaply they can be picked up, I think the E46 is an excellent choice for a BMW track build.

The 330Ci is a typical base car for a Spec E46 build, so there's a full range of upgrade parts available. Owners can easily do a mild upgrade or build an all-out Spec E46 race car.
