Yea not that I have seen. They offer a retrofit from factory that costs more than originally just buying NAV. For about 1500-2000 you can swap the HU and controller and screen as a package coded to vin by codemybimmer.ca or bimmertech.com. I considered doing it, but for under $500 I got carplay and the larger screen which was a way better deal and really all I wanted.
I believe with the same software it also does android mirror cast. But either way it's wireless, so you don't actually have the phone out. To set the destination you need only to hit the button on the wheel and ask for directions to X and it loads up for you. It also reads and replies to text by voice. I've been a huge fan of it so far. Also canceled my satellite radio now that I have ITunes playlists.
