Just a guess...$400 or so, via UPS. I'm not sure if things have changed, but the Canadian buyer might have to pay duty (and taxes?).
Ten to fifteen years ago, duty could be avoided for goods coming into the States from Canada if the shipper sent them via the Post Office. I never bought anything as large as mounted tires from Canada, though, so I have no idea what shipping would have cost compared to using UPS and paying duty.
