And, hey, I'll go on from there, 'cause I've been there and done that with the original Euro-spec M6 back in the day. I know what it's like to lock into something this special.

In the mid-'70s, I was working in Amarillo, Texas. I'm originally from Denver and most of my family was up in Boulder at that time. I was able to roll out of work at 4 PM Friday and roll into Boulder at 10 PM in my Series 3 Jaguar XKE. I would spend the week-end having a good time in Boulder and then roll back down to Amarillo Sunday afternoon.

I regret nothing about owning that car; but, please, don't ask me about the downsides of owning a high-end motor vehicle when your'e at the mercy of dealers' service departments (nice as the people working there can be, and they always are and have been! ).
