Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S 225/40/18 And 255/35/18 staggered.
Avant Garde M359 18x8.5 +35mm And 18x9.5 +45mm with black lugs and BMW center caps.
No spacers. Rears have a smidge of poke and front are flush. I really liked how that turned out. Never any rubbing with those tires and wheel combo. Th PS4S run a bit narrow. Stock ride height.
Eventually sold the car for an M2.
I have a commitment problem mixed with being a little bit on the spectrum of compulsive modding. I did always aim for an OEM+.
My wife was not happy I sold the 228. But M2… that one scared her periodically.
