CEL, rough idle/cold starts are likely due to a dirty MAF sensor. It's most likely because of the oil from the filter, but also be careful not to touch the sensor when you take it out.
Get a MAF sensor cleaner and clean the sensor. If you're still having problems I would wash the cone and apply less oil. If problems persist idk man since you have a JB4, you could unplug the MAF sensor and just use the o2 sensor? It would not cause any errors in your ECU.
