Also tunes adjust timing if sense knock, so drive easy for 5 miles or so and then you can go full throttle for it to learn octane/knock threshold.

what if i don't know the exact ethanol content? like what if on the FB group it tested at 85 1-2 days ago but now it's at like e60? How often do they get new shipments like should i ask when their last shipment was and when they're getting the next one?
