There is at least one much more extensive thread on this that would be worth finding and reading through. This appears to be a bigger concern if you are tracking heavily, and on tracks with longer high-g turns. I doubt autocross will have prolonged g-loads that would result in oil starvation, but I'm not an engineer (many have tracked extensively w/o blowing an engine, so it isn't a hand grenade). And the cheaper solution seems to be an accusump, anything else (baffling, deeper pans) is kind of iffy, and still quite expensive.
