If you're *really* determined to reuse your old wheels, you could probably have a machine shop shave down the wheel's mounting pads by ~3mm, install a set of Vorshlag (or similar) camber plates, and roll your front fenders. You probably also need to change to a 245/35-18 or 245/40-18 tire. A 245/45-18 would be way too tall.
