Finally got around to doing this.thanks OP.
For anyone wondering if the stronger % rubbing alcohol really makes a difference, well it does.
I used 51% on the first visor and it was a pain.
Bought 91% for the second visor and it was much easier. Neither came off in one piece, but using 91% made it much easier.
Used the plastic wrap and soak for 15 minutes method on both, along with a microfiber towel.
