It looks like the Nalley and United collision centers are the only ones certified by BMW in the ATL. If your car is leased, I'd definitely recommend taking it to one of those to avoid any potential issues when you turn it in.
For independent shops, I had good experience with Bavarian Body Works a long time ago to get my Audi fixed when I was paying out of pocket.
