Who said the pricing is competitive? I don't think anyone ever promised you that..
Don't get all upset just cause you assumed.....
BMW NA would prefer you in a 3 series rather than a 2 (or 1 series) so that they can cotinue to hold the compact european sedan sales crown... by the way... this isnt anything NEW...
PS.. have you noticed the cheapest car in the BMW lineup is an SAV? the X1 ? ($30,900) vs the 228 ($32,100) vs 3 series ( $32,750). of course a 328 runs 37,750....
