230i Battery Replacement

My '18 is about 4.5 years old. Battery seems fine, but I don't want to wait for it to fail before replacing it. How long do these typically last?

I see that Costco has an Interstate Battery for sale for $177.99. It is an AGM battery. Battery is car is marked S:61. Is this the same size as Group size H8, since apparently European sizes are marked differently? It seems to measure the same size as the OEM battery in the car.

I feel comfortable in doing the replacement and understand the need for battery registration - I could purchase the "registration service," or perhaps buy the diagnostic tool necessary to do it myself.

Does this Interstate battery seem good, and what about suggestions on the best way to do the registration?
